− Ha un solo bagno. Da segnalare i gradini perché una di noi, appena entrata è caduta facendosi male

7.0Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Mieszkanie generalnie okej, czysto.
− W pokoju brakuje miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy - praktycznie nie ma wieszaków ani półek. Aneks kuchenny jest bardzo mały i połączony bezpośrednio ze strefą wejściową. W jednym z pokoi znajduje się ogromna wanna, która jest mało funkcjonalna, zajmuje dużo miejsca i sprawia, że wnętrze staje się mniej przytulne. Brakuje również stolika w pokoju. Ściany wymagają odświeżenia i ponownego malowania. Balkon także nie jest odpowiednio zagospodarowany, nie ma na nim ani stolika, ani krzeseł, przez co trudno z niego komfortowo korzystać. Dodatkowym minusem jest hałas dobiegający z zewnątrz, słyszalny już od wczesnych godzin porannych. Ogólnie wnętrze sprawia wrażenie mało funkcjonalnego i niezbyt przytulnego. Przydałoby się lepsze wykorzystanie przestrzeni oraz zadbanie o podstawowe elementy wyposażenia, które poprawiłyby komfort pobytu.
