Прекрасное место для размеренного отдыха. Брали ради системы все включено на денёк перед отлётом, получили ещё и прекрасную территорию, выход с домика на лужайку, очень красивый современный номер

I really enjoyed the clean beach with its clear, transparent water and well-maintained shoreline. The entry into the sea was comfortable and safe, with a clean sandy bottom. There were plenty of sun loungers available, and beach towels were always easy to access. The shuttle transportation between the resort facilities was frequent and convenient, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the three main restaurants, which offered a wide variety of food options and dishes to suit different tastes. Another great benefit was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Nha Trang city, which made it easy to explore the area without having to arrange additional transportation.

− The minibar was quite limited, containing only 2 cans of Pepsi. There is also an unfinished building next to the hotel, which may negatively affect the view from some rooms. Air conditioning was not working properly in certain areas, particularly in the elevator lobby and inside the elevators themselves. This was not a major issue, but it was noticeable. Our room (7044) was located quite far from the elevator. We sometimes used the nearby emergency staircase instead, which was convenient at times and probably healthier, but not always practical. Another downside was that all restaurants and bars closed around 11:00 PM. If you wanted a drink or a snack later in the evening, there were no available options within the resort. The entertainment program was decent but could be more energetic and engaging. It lacked the excitement that would make you want to actively participate. For guests staying longer than a week, some activities start to feel repetitive, which can make the entertainment less interesting over time.

− Очень не рекомендую этот отель, была рада, что бронировали только 2 ночи. Проживала с 2-мя детьми 6 и 12 лет. С первой же минуты при заселении уже было понятно как тут обращаются с гостями, ресепшионист ни на один вопрос нормально не хотел отвечать, такое надменное отношение я встретила впервые, но ругаться уже не было сил, так как была уставшей после перелета. Попросили продлить чек аут, так как заселялись в 7 вечера, но на все вопросы он ответил только отказом. На следующий день хотела обменять 100 долларов, который был немного влажным так как в пляжной сумке лежал кошелек, сотрудник долго с недовольным лицом разглядывал эту купюру со всех сторон как будто ему фальшивую купюру пытаются впихнуть и отказал менять. Сервис ваш очень хромает. Номерной фонд уже старый, но в номере было все необходимое. Аквапарк для детей хороший, но бассейны очень грязные, даже не хотелось купаться. Отдыхающих было очень много, в ресторанах очень шумно, в комфорте покушать не получалось. В общем полное разочарование.
