10.0Alles super, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern war schnell und unkompliziert. Im Zimmer kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Tee und Kaffee. Hat alles super geklappt :)

Location is great, close to everything. Very clean and very nice people to work with.
9.0Stefano was very kind and helpful with where to go. The location was excellent and pictures he send was easy to find the place, making check in very easy. They had everything you need. Tea coffee were plenty but nowhere to heat milk if you made coffee or heat food, it was nice that they had silverware. Everything was clean. Plenty towels and you could have your room cleaned everyday.
− The room was very small no where to put the suitcase. No where to sit and eat. The window opened to a small area and just brought in all the musquitos and noise if you left it open. Make sure what room you get. In plus point, I didn’t have a lot of stairs to carry my suitcase.
Had a great time, and would definitely stay here again.
10.0Stefano was a great host. When we checked in, he provided tons of recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and general logistics/ information for us to plan our stay in Cinque Terre.

10.0Chambre confortable et spacieuse et très belle. Les explications précises pour le Check-in. La réactivité de l’hôte quand on a besoin de lui.
− Il manque des crochets dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre, une poubelle dans la chambre en plus de celle de la salle de bain, un paquet de mouchoirs
