Top ausgestattete gepflegte Wohnung, gut geeignet auch für längere Aufenthalte in kalten Monaten
10.0Einrichtung: Schöne komplett ausgestattete Wohnung, mit überwiegend hochwertiger Einrichtung, gut gepflegt und sehr sauber, inkl. ausreichend Reinigungsmittel, Lappen, etc. Dank ausreichender Heizung auch im Winter angenehm. Bequeme Matratze im Doppelbett (allerdings etwas kurz). Großer Esstisch mit guten Stühlen. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler einfach zu bedienen. TV mit portugiesischen und einigen internationalen Sendern inkl. 2 deutschen Programmen (RTL und Super RTL auf Kanal 229 und 230). Stabiles WLAN mit hoher Bandbreite. Vermieter: Sehr sympatischer persönlicher Check-In, bei dem alles erläutert wurde inkl. einer Flasche Begrüßungswein. Bei Problemen oder Rückfragen war die Vermieterin einfach per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat immer schnell reagiert. Lage: Sehr ruhige Anwohnerstraße aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Kein Lärm im Haus oder der Nachbarschaft.
− Das Doppelbett ist für große Menschen etwas kurz, ich konnte mich aber rasch daran gewöhnen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war etwas zu weich. Zweimal ging der Durchlauferhitzer auf Störung, was sich durch Abziehen und Neueinstecken des Steckers leicht lösen ließ.
