− 建物が古いのか隣の音、廊下の音が丸聞こえだった。 ユニットバスは問題ないが部屋の中もかなり古く清潔感は無かった。

4.0スタッフの方の対応は良かったてすが、建物、部屋の老朽化がすごく室内のトイレの水の流れも悪く、薄暗くて怖かった。部屋の外にあるトイレは温水便座もついていて綺麗だった。

2.0部屋が古すぎ。部屋のユニットバスは全体的に黄ばんでいて、全面台はひび割れていた。特にバスタブは黒くはげているところがあり、排水口から貞子が出てきそうな汚さで、近寄らなかった。大浴場も実際には二畳ほどの湯船で、掛け流しでないので、湯が汚かった。グランドホテルの名前と実態がアンマッチ。
