2.0My husband and I used Expedia.com to book 2 nights. As soon as we showed up, the guy kept telling us no. He didn’t speak English, so he put me on the phone with someone else. I had the email that I paid, and said I didn’t want to deal with any problems, so if I needed a refund, I’d take it. Eventually we were given a room. About 20 minutes later there’s a knock on the door and the guy hands me some cash and kicks us out. It wasn’t a full refund.
