8.0The receptionist is terrible, not friendly, like they don't welcome foreigners. I feel very bad. As for the accommodations. The hot water in the bathroom cannot be turned on for a long time. The water will be hot for a while and then cool. Must be turned on and off periodically.

8.0お部屋はとても綺麗でしたし、朝食のパンのサービスはとても嬉しいです！ しかし、受付の方の対応がイマイチでした。 朝食のパンはロビーで食べるのですかと聞いたら、部屋に張り紙してるんですけど、と言われてコロナ対応でお部屋で食べて下さい、と冷たく言われました。 そりゃ張り紙してありますが、一応の確認をこちらもしてるので、そんなにめんどくさそうに言わなくてもと思いました。
基本的には快適です
6.0エアコンにすごいホコリがたまっていて薬を飲んでもアレルギーが出るくらいでした。 見てわかるくらい埃が層になってました。 ドライヤーは持参したほうがいいです。

10.0Owners were extremely friendly and good with use of translator for english. Very quiet and down to earth place that is decently close to fuji by train. Would definitely stay here again, for the service alone.
