− Le bruit de autoroute très fort et absence de informations complète sur NON accès au établissement de spa, piscine et santé à mes filles de 12 ans! L’information a été donnée seulement après le booking non remboursé sans information sur le possibilité de annulation! Très dessus de cette établissement!!!

Small hotel just outside central Bournemouth with good facilities
8.0This golf and leisure centre has a lodge with 17 rooms, situated near trees, nice and quiet in the evening. We had a standard room, which was quite warm, the window can only open a little way, but the bed was comfortable, there was quality coffee and tea in the room, and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Twice a day we went for a swim, sauna and jacuzzi, all spotlessly clean and not too busy. We had 2 evening meals in the bar that were fine, only complaint that the meals should have been hotter. Breakfast is freshly cooked and very tasty. All staff very friendly and kind
− The room was too warm, we couldn't ventilate it enough, with the window only opening 2 inches. The lukewarm meals in the bar Small tv, high up on the wall, not opposite the bed
Intolerable accommodation
1.0Location
− The accommodation was appalling. We were provided with a non ventilated non airconditioned superior double room at the top of the house. It faced south. The temperature in the room was about 30C and it was humid. A small was useless. The management either would not or could not change our room. My wife and I are in our late 70s and the conditions were such that we were obliged to leave the intolerable conditions in the room the first night and left to travel home. We could not stay the second night of our booking and the management refused a refund. I would never stay there again. Dr & Mrs Michael Powers

Children aged 15 or younger can only use the swimming pool on Saturday and Sunday (between 15:00 and 18:00). Children cannot use the pool at any time between Monday - Friday.
