Beautiful hotel, very good location, great view, good service overall
10.0I liked the fact that the hotel was clean, offering beautiful views of the city and the proximity to the metro station and the shopping gallery which was quite convenient to have.

9.0Locatie is zo mooi en goed dat je het bijna niet wilt delen, prachtige lobby, prachtige onsen en super personeel.
− Eigenlijk niks, maar ik ben hier al door de tijd van 3 jaar ongeveer 6 keer verbleven en misschien is het te veel gevraagd maar een erkenning van vaste klanten zou leuk zijn. Nu is het zo dat ze iedere keer opnieuw de regels uitleggen en vragen of je al eerder in tokyo bent geweest. Een simpele wat leuk dat u weer bij ons komt verblijven etc. Zou leuk zijn. Al met al 99 van de 100!
