9.0La Sig.a Maria è la gentilezza in persona..mi ha accolta con un vassoio di pasticiotti..buonissimi!! In casa c'era tutto:dal caffè all'olio, ai detersivi. La posizione della casa è spettacolare: si vedono sia alba che tramonto: un incanto. Poi la comodità del parcheggio nel cortiletto privato! Insomma..super consigliato!
− L'unica nota dolente, ma perché io le soffro in modo particolare..l'assenza delle zanzariere..che credo però siano nei progetti futuri.. per il resto..nulla da ridire!

10.0Tutto perfetto, dalla posizione alla struttura, la pulizia, la cordialità della padrona di casa e i contenuti, ogni cosa che serve in un appartamento c'era già, anche una torta di benvenuto!!!!
