10.0Wonderful stay at the Blue Elephant, lovely hotel, in a beautiful location with amazing views. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was extremely clean and tidy. I will definitely be visiting again!

10.0We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything is super new, the rooms were spotless, the bed very comfortable, and we loved the spacious balcony with its beautiful view. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Chania, with many lovely beaches and good restaurants nearby. Parking was easy and free of charge, which was a big plus. Breakfast was of very high quality and a great way to start the day. As a small suggestion, having a bit more variety would make it even better. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Everyone was incredibly kind and caring, especially Penny and Efi, who were always so welcoming that we found ourselves stopping by reception just to have a friendly chat. When we unfortunately caught the flu during our stay, Efi immediately helped us by arranging a doctor, and thanks to her support we felt better within a day. The restaurant team was also wonderful and took extra care of us while we weren’t feeling well. The hotel also offers a variety of tours, and we tried the JetSki tour, which was super fun and one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would love to come back!
