2.0I requested for toiletries on arrival. I woke about 5:00 AM and made the same request again because my fight was 9:00AM. The receptionist and the front desk said they were getting it. I walked up to them at 5:30 AM. They said the same thing and continued to play with their phone. I had to depart from the hotel without showering. I felt cheated and completely ridiculed. Their service is really poor and appalling. The lady and the man on the front desk plus the housekeeper on the 20th morning need orientation.
