8.0La pulizia. Buona anche la posizione.
− La colazione. Preferisco che sia a buffet. I dolci, di ovvia produzione industriale, contati per numero di persone della camera. Peccato perché c'erano marmellate fatte in casa. Aggiungerei dei salati, pane, acqua, frutta di stagione e caffè a volontà (invece di servire una tazzina a persona)

9.0Struttura veramente bella. Luminosa, ampia, ma nello stesso tempo molto accogliente. Immersa nel verde trasmette quiete e tranquillità. La signora Giuliana poi una forza della natura. Simpaticissima, garbata e disponibile. Ascoltarla la mattina durante la colazione è stata un vero piacere. Se torniamo a Perugia sappiamo benissimo dove prenotare.
− Avremmo dato sicuramente il massimo come valutazione, ma c'è un aspetto che secondo noi andrebbe rivisto. Chiedere un extra di 3 euro al giorno per l'utilizzo del condizionatore...non è proprio il massimo.
