The pool that is honestly all I liked.

− To start when I booked the price that was shown was different then what I paid I originally thought the $200 deposit was included in the booking then I first paid because I had multiple discounts like a “last minute deal” and genius rewards. But after I paid I got an email about me still owing the deposit. The staff did nothing to help explain the payment.once I arrived to the stay after a 3 hour flight I had to wait an additional 25 minutes with my bags and food in hand to even enter the room because the door code was broken and I had to wait on someone to bring me a physical key. Even after all of that I paid and additional $90 to checkout 2 hours later to make sure everything was how it was supposed to be. Just for them to keep my deposit ,they gave me a price break down of what was messed up and why they took the deposit. It was for multiple towels, sheets and a duvet that they had to clean but the have to clean either way between guest, that’s what the cleaning fee was for. Nothing was permanently stained except for one sheet that got a drop of food so I don’t know how that adds up to all the charges. When I called and asked they said it was multiple stains so I ask for pictures like they sent me of the 1 stain on 1 sheet. They still have yet so send the picture and at this point I don’t want the picture because the type of host they’ve been I wouldn’t be surprised if they put stains on stuff themselves.
