1.0Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location very convenient and well connected.
− The bed was a sofa bed, which was extremely uneven, firm and uncomfortable. When we asked for some kind of mattress topper at the reception, we were given a duvet that wasn't wide enough to cover the whole bed. We both woke up with bad back and hip pain. 99% of our cutlery/plates/cookware were dirty on arrival. We had to wash everything ourselves before we could even cook a meal. The room was very clearly not hoovered or mopped before our arrival, as the floor was very dusty and it turned my white socks black on the bottom. The drains absolutely STANK. The water in the toilet water kept turning brown on its own. We were woken up by the construction site next door at 7am on a Saturday.

9.0L appartement était bien avec une séparation pour avoir deux couchages séparés. L emplacement est top pour l accès au métro et aux trains. Grande galerie commerciale juste à proximité.
