− The pullout couch was super uncomfortable had to buy an air mattress since it was too uncomfortable

10.0This was our 4th time staying in this Condo. It’s still just as nice. New A/C was installed in May 2025, and it will freeze you out ❤️. Perfect for when you come in off the beach hot and sweaty. The shower has the best hot water. You can stay in there a long time, and it’s still just as hot. The grounds outside are well maintained. The pool is amazing.

8.0The location was absolutely perfect! Easy access to the beach and close to all of the golf courses we wanted to play. Plenty of good restaurants near by. Unit was very clean and the bed was comfy.
− There were some outlets that did not work, but it wasn't a huge deal.

9.0Location location location. However, the unit does have some issues needing attention. Otherwise nothing to hinder a repeated stay.
− No problem with the property. However, we had some issues with TVs so we called the office. The person in the office said they would have a maintenance man come look at the TVs. The maintenance person never came during our complete stay.
