Bad communication and information
6.0The owner did at all not know we were coming (normally they do not rent during eastern holidays) but kindly they arranged it it all anyhow very well. Conmmunication with Hotells.com/Dancenter/owner did not work at all. We had finally to contact the owner directly and made it work together with them. Did not get the house we booked but a god one that worked anyhow.
