Beautiful Capel Bach
10.0We had a wonderful time, thank you so much. Capel Bach is completely charming and so comfortable. I used to live in Porthmadog, but it was my partners first experience of the beauty of North Wales, and with him being an architect, he loved Capel Bach, as I did. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was everything. Lovely kitchen, bathroom, and lounge. Even though there was no fire, we were always warm and cosy. Simon was made to feel welcome when he visited the pub next door. There was a wonderful honesty shop in the pub carpark, which was very well stocked and tells you all you need to know about the people of North Wales. We can not recommend Capel Bach highly enough.

9.0Fabulous characterful building, great space and facilities with comfy beds. Beautiful area walks and history on the doorstep with a community pub and shop right next door
− The sides on the bath are very high IE to step into for a shower. Some I instructions on how to find it would have been good! The satnav is accurate but it's tucked away with no dedicated parking ( although there is plenty in a nearby layby)
