10.0Big thanks to Favik and David. They made our stay smoothly. Loved every minute of our stay. Nevertheless, the check in procedure was horrible. We booked on their own website but the prices at the front desk were differently and expected us to pay the difference. Weird….

9.0The rooms were clean and spotless. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Its the general nature of Thai people to treat their guests with warmth. The resort is surrounded by nature and most of their rooms are built on a lake. You can see mangroves from your room if you stay in rooms which are on 1st floor..The pool is massive. Naam Mi Chay restaurant is wonderful.. its open during the day time until 1730 hours. The price in the restaurant is quite reasonable like the restaurants in Ao Nang is about 15 minutes away by Grab ( works like Uber). Overall a wonderful resort
− The pool is open from 7am to 9pm. The pool needs to have more lights after sunset. There is no staff after 1730 near the pool area. It can be scary. The pool is clean and well maintained. Its a massive pool never seen anywhere in any hotel. It has lights only on 1 side of the pool i.e. inside the pool. It should have lights on the other side as well for the comfort of swimmers or you only swim during day light hours. We went to the pool around 730 pm and did not feel comfortable to swim because of the darkness.
