We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, some of our highlights: Access to the lake - an easy walk across the road, takes maybe 1min. Fun times playing around in the lake. Space/cleanliness - all rooms were spacious, had quality linen and furnishings. Every room in the house was spotless and plenty of towels for all. Piano - a fabulous grand piano for family sing songs was a hit especially with the kids. General decor - was tasteful and of a high quality throughout the house. Plenty of crockery/place settings which can sometimes be an issue in other accommodation. Owner - Andrea was super responsive prior to and during our trip, provided invaluable local information and guidance (even booked a restaurant for us when we were in need). Nothing was too much trouble for Andrea, she was a joy to deal with both over messages and in person. The TV stations were in German, Andrea provided an Apple device so we could watch some movies in the evening. Sauna - 2 saunas for those who enjoy it. We only used the single person cubicle - something a bit different. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

− Nothing that we didn't like but just for information: You will need a car to stay in this accommodation. The basement bedroom does feel a bit detached from the others and doesn't have a view. So ensure you are clear who will sleep down there.

The house and location were perfect. The rooms were great with plenty of space and the sauna was nice to use after a long hike. The hosts were very accommodating and even brought a small gift over for our birthday celebration. There was plenty of available parking space for visitors and the piano was fun to use during our family reunion.
