− The shower was very small and leaked. There was mold outside the shower. Towels and beds were slow to be turned over by staff.

− Bar staff/restaurant Staff sometimes not that friendly. Hot Breakfast items were cold, roof top bar staff were really slow at serving drinks and taking orders.

10.0Staff were very welcoming. Perfect location for walking sightseeing. Rooms are a good size as is the bathrooms. Beds are comfortable & the rooms are clean and pleasant looking. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. I would recommend to family & friends. The roof top bar was a lovely relaxing place to sit.
Perfect hotel for visiting Rome!
10.0The Hilton Rome Monti is in a brilliant location for visiting Rome. Rooms are compact in size which is pretty standard for Rome but they are spotless and modern. We found this hotel to be amazing value compared to other hotels nearby and it would definitely be our first choice if we return to Rome. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast, it was very disappointing for choice compared to other Hiltons.
