7.01. The toiletries provided. 2. Nice rooftop bar
− The shower was very small and leaked. There was mold outside the shower. Towels and beds were slow to be turned over by staff.

7.0Clean hotel, modern, rooms comfortable. Beds comfortable. Reception area lovely. Reception staff friendly.
− Bar staff/restaurant Staff sometimes not that friendly. Hot Breakfast items were cold, roof top bar staff were really slow at serving drinks and taking orders.

10.0Staff were very welcoming. Perfect location for walking sightseeing. Rooms are a good size as is the bathrooms. Beds are comfortable & the rooms are clean and pleasant looking. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. I would recommend to family & friends. The roof top bar was a lovely relaxing place to sit.
