1.0− Although I made the reservation and entered my credit card details, the payment had not been taken, and I was unaware of this. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room had not been paid for. When I tried to pay by card, I discovered that my card was blocked for international transactions. I called my bank’s customer service and was told that it would be enabled the following morning. I did not have enough cash with me to cover the cost of the stay, so I was unable to check in. Despite the late hour, I was left outside and had to find another hotel. The hotel offered no assistance whatsoever.

− The shower was very small and leaked. There was mold outside the shower. Towels and beds were slow to be turned over by staff.

− Bar staff/restaurant Staff sometimes not that friendly. Hot Breakfast items were cold, roof top bar staff were really slow at serving drinks and taking orders.
