2.0I would not recommend this hotel. 1. Expensive room that is very small and hot on an extremely noisy street. 2. No toiletries in the room and the cleaning service is sub par. 3. Breakfast is pretty horrific - I didn’t even eat there. 4. Sauna is completely nude only which is not typical for Americans so the spa is useless unless you are comfortable with this.

6.0Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Aja und die Mitarbeitenden waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und befindet sich in einem guten Zustand. Zudem gibt es einen schönen Spa-Bereich. Für einen Zwischenstopp würden wir das Hotel gerne wieder buchen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt jedoch eher nicht. Wir hoffen, dass diese Anmerkungen hilfreich sind und zu einer Verbesserung des Angebots beitragen können.
− Es gibt jedoch ein paar Punkte, die wir gerne verbessern würden. Die fehlende Klimaanlage war für uns kein großes Problem, aber wir hätten uns für unser Baby, unseren Hund und die Kühlung von Lebensmitteln eine Minibar oder zumindest einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gewünscht. Ebenso hätten wir einen Tresor, einen Wasserkocher und die Möglichkeit zur Kaffeezubereitung im Zimmer erwartet, insbesondere bei den angebotenen Preisen. Am meisten hat uns die unregelmäßige Zimmerreinigung gestört. Diese fand nur alle zwei Tage und meist erst gegen späten Nachmittag oder Abend statt. Oft waren die Zimmer, bei unserer Rückkehr vom Ausflug, noch nicht nicht gereinigt. Infolgedessen wurde unser Zimmer innerhalb von sechs Tagen nicht einmal vollständig gereinigt, was zu vollen Mülleimern und fehlenden Handtüchern führte. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, das die Zimmer zwischen 15–18Uhr gereinigt werden. Einmal wurde in dieser Zeit zumindest nachgefragt, ob gereinigt werden sollte. Ein zweites Mal kam niemand und wir mussten uns gegen 18 Uhr selbst um frische Handtücher kümmern. Die Mitarbeitenden waren stets bemüht, uns bei Nachfragen zu helfen, aber es war oft etwas mühsam, die gewünschten Dinge zu erhalten.
