1.0− Left the building in 30 minutes after checking in. The room condition was dirty, the beds and sofa were not made properly. Customer service is extremely inefficient. We were disappointed in the team and do not reccommend people to book this place.

Unpleasant stay, checked out in 3 hrs

− I've decided to leave after 3 hrs of checking in as it's causing quite a frustration for my wife and child as well. Please take note there's no refund, but I was extremely disappointed at the cleanliness of the place. After check in floor was wet with very obvious uneven spot in room and kitchen. Stains on the ledge beside the window where kids normally will sit around. I have stayed at the block beside before and it was so much cleaner. Very disappointing. Same area, but with 2 different management with different level of service.
