1.0− The room had these little shards on the floor, I’m not sure if it was glass, or something else, the water also had these black little things, I’m not even sure what they were, also I don’t even know what it was but something disgusting was just there??? I’m not even sure how to describe it but I attached a picture

HORRIBLE!!!!!
1.0The location was good as far as being close to shopping and downtown.
− The overall visit was horrible. I checked in late Friday night to find no attendant at the facility. I was informed someone would be there in 20 minutes (took about 35). I was informed after I checked in and paid that the elevator was broken. Therefore, I had to luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Upon entering the room, I found so many problems. 1. Floor was dirty and had a slippery film on it. Slipped but was able to catch myself from falling. 2. Smelled like smoke (was supposed to be a non-smoking room). 3. Burner knobs were missing 4. Microwave was greasy and had some type of round device connected underneath it 5. Dust on the bathroom mirrors and spiderwebs on the walls and ceiling; as well as on the nightstand and desk. 6. The bathtub was weak and felt as if I was about to fall through. 7. There were no washcloths. I was told they didn't have any cleaned.

− Checking out took 20 min because the front desk clerk was not there also the noise from other rooms. Not any selection for breakfast and. Also if felt like they may have bed bugs.
