− Air conditioner was loud
“Group sharing” facilities design is NOT a good look for the Hilton brand
4.0− Important to have coffee and supplies in each room. “Group Coffee” is inconvenient and a mess. I look forward to a relaxing cup of morning coffee in my room without leaving my room. Breakfast facilities and location was horrible and disruptive to guests checking out. Breakfast overwhelmed the entire lobby.
