− Would have liked a room with walk in shower, overall clean bathroom.

8.0Overall everything was good, room was clean and quiet, staff was nice, breakfast was quite good. Gym and pool were good.
− Pillows and bed need replacement, well used and old. Pool was nice but noticed ripped up paper on the floor and a coffee cup on a table for our entire stay ? Not sure if pool area is cleaned daily

9.0Everything was great. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, towels and linens are of good quality. Breakfast has something for everyone and is well stocked. The grounds and gardens are well kept. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the Playhouse Theatre, restaurants and the village of St. Jacob's.
− The only thing I can fault is that there is only one chair in the room. Two chairs would be very much appreciated.
