− Not enough pillows or blankets or towels. Indoor out pool was closed. The escape room was closed. We are elderly so the flights of steps were tough on us.

− Room was dirty. There was a pile of dirty laundry in the middle of the floor when we walked in. We had to change room. The new room had a busted dishwasher and paint on the kitchen floor. Our keys didn't work and we had to visit customer multiple times for the same issue.
