I wish I was able to get a refund from booking.com since I had to pay a second time to the facility because the facility
1.0I loved everything about the property, was clean, staff was amazing. Booking.com, however, took my payment, and did not delivered because the facility was never able to acknowledge that I had made the reservation despite of me showing them the confirmation number, they mentioned that since booking.com made the reservation outside their booking availability they were not able to see the reservation was made.
− Again, I loved the property, booking.com took my money, and the property manager was unable to see that a reservation was made through booking.com. I had to make a second payment, not directly made to the facility.

10.0The room was spacious and the amenities were great. The clean warm pool was awesome. Very inviting lobby and the staff were very polite. The property in general is beautiful and well maintained.
− I didn’t like how there weren’t enough food for places close by and you had to drive quite a lot to get to places.
great hotel but their breakfast with low quality products and very small selection was disappointing
