7.0Nos gustó mucho el espacio, la ubicación cercana a bares y supermercados, el piso es muy fresco y agradable.
− Las llaves están en la otra punta del pueblo, y respecto a las normas del piso, me parece un poco exageradas.

− El estado en general de las instalaciones, sobre todo el baño y la ducha, se notaba un intento de reforma pero como que se quedaron sin presupuesto

− El baño era muy viejo, la moqueta por toda la casa daba mal aspecto. Además estaba sucia la casa, no dejaron papel higiénico, ni para lavar los platos. Por el simple hecho de ser menores, nos pidieron 1500€ de fianza
Suciedad, malos olores, calor… nada recomendable.
1.0Poco… al llegar nos encontramos sucio el suelo, la nevera con telarañas, termitas en los cabeceros de las camas, insectos muertos en las cajoneras, y un fuerte olor en el baño… aparte de que no podías tener conectado el aire acondicionado y la nevera porque saltaba constantemente la luz (potencia contratada insuficiente).
− Todo lo comentado, los gestores de este apartamento solo nos dieron solución al segundo día que nos fuéramos y nos devolvían el importe… pero en julio en Gandía obviamente imposible encontrar otro alojamiento… así que nuestras vacaciones fueron más estresantes de lo que esperábamos…
