6.0Cela a commencé 3 jours avant le séjour : aucune réponse à une demande par mail. Le jour J, arrivée pour déposer mon bagage + paiement = non au check out. Le soir pour récupérer mon bagage et ma clé : aucun entrain je les dérangeais à 23H ils n'avaient plus envie de voir 1 client. De plus obligation de régler ; 2 personnes, 2 avis différent. Donc je suis trés mitigé !
