BAD EXPERIENCE
1.0− Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We stayed here while passing through on our trip to New York, and unfortunately, we were unable to get any rest. Throughout the night, there were constant fights and loud arguments in the hallways, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment. We also observed a man who appeared to be selling illegal substances on the property, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Breakfast was another disappointment—very limited, with little variety and far below expectations. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi advertised by the hotel never worked. They gave us a network name and password that simply didn't exist. We asked the front desk to confirm the information, and they gave us the exact same credentials again, which still didn't work. Overall, this is not a pleasant place to stay. If you're looking for a safe, quiet, and relaxing hotel, I recommend staying somewhere else. We would definitely not return. The Wi-Fi was completely useless. The login credentials provided by the hotel never worked. Even after asking the front desk to verify them, they gave us the same incorrect information, and we still couldn't connect.
