Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service and the Best Breakfast of Our Vietnam
10.0We travelled throughout Vietnam and stayed in several five-star hotels, but this property exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Sa Pa town centre, and everything advertised in the description accurately reflects the property. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and homely as possible. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The breakfast was simply the best we experienced during our entire trip to Vietnam. There was an excellent selection of fresh, delicious food, and the quality was exceptional. What truly sets this hotel apart is its customer service. After we checked out, the staff kindly allowed us to freshen up before our journey back to Hanoi. They also provided us with complimentary snacks and bottled water for the trip. This thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the outstanding level of care they show their guests. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sa Pa and would not hesitate to stay here again!
