5.0Being with my boyfriend and just enjoying the night. The breakfast is always good. The rooms are always clean. Overall a great experience per usual but the staff associate Izzy didn’t make the initial experience a good one at all. I was very disappointed.
− I go to the Holiday all the time and I’m a member. This was a last minute booking which I booked on bookings.com. I paid for a king suite but was advised when I got to the property by the staff member that bc I booked a standard room he couldn’t gv me a king handicap accessible room. He wasn’t accommodating at all. Very rude and even when I asked questions he showed no interest in trying to help in any way. Although that’s my hotel I’d choice I’ll probably go elsewhere in the future.
