8.0Nice place in Portmouth. Everything was as promised and there was dishwasher and also a drying laundry machine. Parking can be a bit challenging but we were able to secure spots easily. All the basics were there and the bed was comfortable. Cooling fan shot some thick dust out so it probably wasn't used for a long time. There was also long standing water in the water boiler so that was kind of disgusting. Luckily we didn't need it. All doors made squeeking sounds when you had windows open through hot nights, but it created kind of an athmosphere. Living room gets quite hot during sunny summer days. TV was modern and worked well. There was also a freezer! Neighborhood is nice and calm.
