8.0This unit has an amazing view and the spa bath is to die for and exactly what we needed after a day walking around the theme parks. Fantastic location, its right in the middle of Surfer's Paradise. Parking was a little tricky due to google maps telling us we had arrived when we were at the building next door - we only made that mistake once. A few little minor issues with appliances in the unit otherwise we would have given 5 stars. Sofa bed really needs to be upgraded - its terrible and not really suitable for sleeping on and listing needs updating to include correct phone numbers.

6.0Check in process was frustrating. Apartment had no tea/sugar/ milk condiments for travellers. 2 single beds in dining area were on wheels and moved around whenever used. Not really suitable. A bit of an after thought? PowerPoint in kitchen was wobbly. Building facilities were amazing and great location. Next time will book direct with property.
