Grossly Over rated. Avoid if you can
2.0Located in the middle of no where, the property is primarily used by group tours, like ours. The negative experience starts from the lobby, whose dinginess is reminiscent of a western movie. There are two small lifts, (one with a capacity of only four pax), which cannot ensure the smooth movement of bus load arrivals and departures. The rooms (except on the fifth floor) are small and need major maintenance. The washrooms are badly designed and in many cases there is water leakage. The cups and glasses in the rooms are made of plastic - something which does not support the hotels claim of being a 5 Star! The meal spread is frugal and goes heavy on salads to show an increase in variety. Since these tours are already paid for, the management obviously has no need to upgrade the hotel. We wish we had read the previous posts before finalizing our booking.

− Food was bad , the timing of serving food is not consistent . Alot of annoying on early morning people was screaming out side room early morning from 4-6 AM .
