− The main issue is that given the relatively remote location, if at night you would like to have a glass of cold water, you have no choice whatsoever. Putting a fridge with some small water bottles free or paying would make a lot of difference. There are some design and material selection issues (over use of the Lecce stone, in the bathroom) that are more of a visual sore than a real functional inconvenience.
