6.0家族で一棟貸し切りで宿泊しました。 チェックインの際、一時間半オペレーターへ繋がらず、呼び出し音だけがなり続け、手続きができず困りました。緊急連絡先に電話してやっと対応して頂けました。 それ以外はとても良かったです。

10.0The property was located in the heart of the town. There were lots of grocery and dining options within walking distance. The beach was a short drive away too. We were able to drive to many scenic places like Akiyoshido Cave and the quasi national park from there. The house was spacious and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet other than during the elementary school’s break time when little children could be heard playing. The house was also well stocked, though I wish there could’ve been soup/ rice bowls, a kitchen scissors and a rice cooker. I was also slightly confused by the check in procedure but thankfully the Rakuten team responded soon enough to help us with it. Overall, it was a very pleasant 1 week stay and we enjoyed the place very much.

10.0Das Rakuten Stay House war eine unserer besten Unterkünfte, die wir auf unserer knapp 4-wöchigen Reise durch Japan gebucht hatten. Ruhig gelegen, modern ausgestattet, sauber, mit allem versehen, was man braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und bedauern es, hier nur 2 Nächte verbracht zu haben. Check-in und Check-out haben problemlos funktioniert. Tipp für Hagi: unbedingt mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Macht einen Riesen-Spaß!!!
