4.0誰にも会わずに入室できること。食器などが整っていたこと。
− エレベータなしの３F。１Fと２Fはスナック飲み屋の雑居ビル。周囲にコンビニなどがない。

7.0他のホテルに比べるとリーズナブルだと思います。
− ルンバがいるので、ゴミはありませんが、床がフローリングっぽくなっているので 床とテーブルを時々でもいいので水拭きして欲しい。少しべたッとする。 ３０１・３０２・３０３共同じです。 届いた暗証番号が違っていたが前回と同じだと思ったので入力したら開いたので入れました。
価格が安いので長期滞在に良い
8.0古い建物なので綺麗ではないが、そこそこ清潔で価格が安く満足 部屋は3Fでエレベーターは無し
