Stay away from Red Doorz
1.0− We arrived skeptical, because we’ve had a bad experience in the past with Red Doorz. Their photos are not accurate. The lobby was relatively clean, but as we climbed the stairs to the rooms there were ants everywhere. As soon as they opened the door to our room, a huge cockroach ran across the floor and ran under the bed. The guy disappeared for several minutes and returned with a spray and a broom, and filled the room with pesticide. We asked to switch to a different room, but he said none were available. We asked for a refund, and he said we should cancel via booking and we would be refunded. However, they reported on booking that we were a no-show, and we were charged the full amount.
