A Quiet Getaway
10.0Lovely stay in a lovely room. The facilities are spotless and the rooms cleaned daily. A generous breakfast buffet is offered every morning with custom omlet. I met and spoke with many members of the staff. A special thank you to Sirine who answered my daily questions and gave great advice. Good location for exploring. Many restaurants and cafes are available for lunch and dinner. I was able to walk to La Marsa beach. Easy to find a taxi if you wish to visit Sidi Bou Said.

Recommended. Mainly because of the people there. They took my family in as if it was their own.
10.0The people were the highlight. Felt like I was visiting a home of people who wanted you to be comfortable and enjoy.
− I won't say I didn't like this but at the start I entered the room and noticed there was no blanket. Only an additional bed sheet like but as we woke up in the morning. It felt like something was calculated and we woke up feeling really good.

7.0Mooie kamer - rustige buurt - makkelijk bereikbaar
− Het ontbijt was niet zoals beschreven. De koffie was koud, geen locale broodkeuze, geen boter. Gezien het decor, aankleding had ik meer verwacht van het ontbijt. Op de kamer waren er geen lepeltjes om de suiker in de koffie te roeren. Het hoeslaken was te klein - kwam steeds los en er was geen matrasbeschermer. Het personeel heeft zich niet voorzien voor mensen die naar de match van de wereldbeker willen kijken. Bij het uitchecken werd er niet gevraagd of het verblijf ons beviel.

− The nightwatcher did not help us at all. We infoemd him that our flight had a delay. We called him when we had trouble finding the place. He gave no directions when we were at a similar road in tunis at the other side of town with google maps not working. He was fully aware it would mean quite a delay. He just locked the door and did not react to the phone or door bell. Only when we contacted booking.com directly we were able to get access to our room and sleep. I am sure this is an exception. The rest was all fine.
