Good stay great location but the Flat lacks any pictures or decorations it’s a bit sterile

− Not the cleanest. The bathroom sink clogged up when I opened the tap and gunk came up from the drain. The gunk stayed in the sink when the water eventually drained. Cleaners must have just wiped the sink without turning on the tap otherwise they would have known about the blockage. Was bombarded with queries for customer feedback and replied thrice yet no one ever replied!

− 1. لا يوجد مكيف وعندما طلبت بلغوني اقل مدة تستأجر فيها مكيف هي 10 ايام يعني 80 باوند لكل مكيف وبعد ما دفعت 160 باوند بلغوني ما يوصل إلا بعد ثلاث ايام 2. يتأخرون جدا في ردودهم بالساعات 3. أعطوني رقم كود الشقة غلط ولا يردون إلا بعد ساعتين 4. ساكن الدور الرابع ومافي مصعد يعني الله يعينك كل ما تطلع وترجع واذا معاك شنط او اي شي 5. اي خدمات تطلبها مقابل فلوس حتى لو تنظيف او مويه 6. غرفة النوم مكتومة مافيها شباك وكئيبة

− 70 steps up a vertiginous staircase to level 5. Heating system that was unreliable. Plumbing that did not empty bathroom sink. No kitchen sink plug for washing up (only 2 dishwasher tablets were supplied for a week so washing up without a plug and tea towel proved interesting.
Our stay, as always was pleasant and comfortable; we will continue to stay at Viridian hosted venues
10.0I love the location in and around Chelsea, with easy access to the Sloane Square Railway Station. Viridian hosted apartments are always well appointed and comfortable.
− A little flexibility with entry to the property. To charge money to enter the vacant property when we were there 15 minutes early is absurd. As it was, we departed a day earlier, at our own cost - no issue either way.
