− Un largo etc de problemas durante la estancia, restos de pelos, suciedad y dejadez, sabanas de anteriores inquilinos en las mesillas de noche, puerta congelador rota, ducha con humedad y fugas (de las que estaban al corriente y no se hizo nada antes de entrar), cajetin de llaves quemado, sin mando de TV, enchufes inestables...

7.0El apartamento es bastante amplio y cómodo. Las vistas desde la terraza son increibles. Tiene buena comunicación con la autopista y bastante aparcamiento a escasos metros. La comunicación con los propietarios siempre ha sido de 10, cualquier cosa que ha sucedido o hemos consultado han estado pendientes de ello.
− La única pega con respecto a nuestra estancia es que es una pena que con lo arreglado y bonito que está el apartamento la limpieza sea tan mala, hemos alquilado ya en varias ocasiones y hemos tenido que limpiar el apartamento completo cada vez que lo hemos cogido porque no se esmeran en limpiar bien, pelos por la casa, suciedad debajo de la cama etc. Al igual es porque es necesario que renueven la aspiradora que tienen ya que está rota y con cinta y se cae la punta cada vez que avanzas dos metros, quizás por eso no pueden limpiar bien.

− Le manque propreté l'état de l'appartement qui est vraiment défraîchi.
Remek helyen, mesés kilátással. Az apartman jó beosztású, kényelmes.
8.0− A serpenyők nagyon rossz állapotúak, szinte alkalmatlanok a főzésre. A víznyomás kicsi de ez helyi adottság. Kevés a parkolóhely a közelben
