Location is upstairs of a hardware store. Staff may not be present despite confirming arrival time
4.0Room was comfortable enough.
− I received multiple WhatsApp messages the prior day to confirm my arrival time but when I arrived there was NO ONE at the property. I walked around the community WITH my luggage for 2 more hours, then I received another message saying that someone was there. And when I returned I still had to wait for someone to arrive at the front desk. It was evening when I finally got into my room.

9.0Las habitaciones realmente son cómodas y con un bonito diseño, lo cual ayuda a que la estancia en el cuarto sea bastante agradable. No tuvimos ningún problema con el clima ni con las camas, un muy bonito diseño.
− Ya teníamos conocimiento, pero les da un poco de desventaja que el hotel solamente se encuentre en un segundo piso, ya que siempre habrá que subir y bajar escaleras, y a la hora de subir las maletas realmente resulta un poco agotador. Pero de ahí en más es lo único que quizás no nos gustó.
