10.0-localização: muito perto da Piaza di Spagna. Dá para ir a pé para quase todos os principais monumentos -quarto: são novos e muito confortáveis -funcionários: extremamente gentis. A Francesca e o Mauro que ficam na recepção são extremamente simpáticos e me ajudaram muito com um ponto pessoal

10.0Everything was perfect! We ended up having to book a room at this hotel at the last minute (we had issues with our room at another hotel). Even though it was a bit pricey, it was the best decision ever! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were big. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The staff called a few minutes after we got to the room to make sure it met our expectations, which I found very kind. The breakfast was delicious! I would 100% recommend this hotel!!!

9.0Hotel de ótima qualidade, bem localizado, confortável, quarto e banheiro amplos, além de ter cama aconchegante e bons travesseiros. Café da manhã é bom mas deixou um pouco a desejar, poderia ser melhor pelo padrão do hotel. Tem um rooftop que possui linda vista para a cidade!
