9.0הדירה היתה גדולה ולא קופסת גפרורים, היה נקי, מזמין, היה חימום וקירור, המטבח היה נוח, המיקום היה נהדר והשכונה היתה שקטה ולא מאיימת.
− היה קשה להגיע בתחבורה ציבורית משדה תעופה לוטון כי התחנת רכבת הקרובה לא נגישה ורק עם מדרגות. לא היתה ברירה סיסמא לוייפיי והיה צריך לחכות למענה מנציג, במטבח לא היה סבון כלים ונייר סופג

Average.
5.0We were moved to an alternative aeria apartment. It was a great location and was spacious and v clean.
− The staff were abysmal. There were numerous issues (strangers bashing on apartment door in middle of night and then endless fire alarms) and staff refused to assist or communicate. Guys on front desk really could not care a less and provided absolutely no service. The CS team on the phone were unhelpful and dismissive.

− Der Teppich im Schlafzimmer war so stark und unhygienisch befleckt, dass er schlicht unzumutbar ist. Trotz einer ansonsten ordentlichen Wohnung hinterlässt er einen extrem negativen Gesamteindruck. Ein Austausch dieses Teppichs ist absolut zwingend.
