− Mancanza di personale in hotel; al momento del check-in su «Booking» era indicato il vecchio indirizzo dell'hotel, che non corrisponde all'attuale ubicazione della struttura. Per poter entrare abbiamo dovuto contattare il personale per telefono e aspettare circa 15 minuti davanti al cancello finché qualcuno non è venuto ad aprirci la porta. Il personale non parla nessun'altra lingua oltre all'italiano. Le colazioni offerte, tra cui scegliere tra tre opzioni, sono incredibilmente scarse. L'hotel non dispone di parcheggio, nonostante sul sito web ne venga indicata la presenza. Abbiamo dovuto salire 200 metri con le valigie per le strade. L'hotel, sebbene sia nuovo e ristrutturato, è stato realizzato con materiali di bassissima qualità. Le porte d'ingresso si chiudono a fatica, le maniglie sono instabili e stanno per staccarsi
