− 質問もしたのですが、運転免許証で本人確認をしていただく際、本体をスキャンしていたので、そのような必要があるのか疑問に思いました。オーナー？さんには本日、質問とデータの消去をお願いしたのですが。
ホストとゲストの性善説に依存した 日本ならではの民泊を体験させていただきました
7.0オーナーがとても親切で、メールの返信も早く安心感があった。熱烈歓迎のおもてなしの心を感じました。 浅香山駅が近く、便利なロケーション。 近くに有料駐車場もあり、最高額が600円に設定されていたので安心（2026年3月）。
− 結果的には何もトラブルもありませんでしたが、部屋の出入り口はフスマで、鍵がなかったのは気になりました。 過去にトラブルの経験をした人なら、不安を感じるかもしれません。 畳に布団を敷くスタイルは問題ないが、敷布団の厚みが足りないように感じた。

Host has a lot to learn about hosting
4.0House is very spacious on different floors. Quiet area close to train station and cute little town with shops and restaurants
− Very disappointing experience with host,who btw speaks no English, which makes everything so hard especially when you are being yelled at for using the stove. Be aware you can not cook at this property, only use of microwave permitted. Your entry and exit is loudly monitored and if you are just coming for a night or two and will be out most of the time then it's manageable. I left early due to a heated unpleasant encounter with "host" would not recommend for solo traveling. No locks on bedroom doors.
Good to know
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
